FST

FST™ (Fascial Stretch Therapy) is the perfect complement to your health regimen. Whether you’re a professional, executive, parent, athlete, weekend warrior, FST™ assists in the maintenance and structural integrity of the body and can improve your health and wellness. If you suffer from physical displacement such as lower back pain or simply just fatigue, releasing your fascia will impact and balance your whole body and improve your metabolism.

What Can I Expect From a Fascial Stretch Therapy Session?

FST™ sessions are performed on a massage type table equipped with comfortable padded straps that stabilize the parts of the body not being worked on. Clients typically wear loose-fitting or athletic clothing. Flexibility sessions resemble a fluidly choreographed dance between the therapist and the client. You do this while you breathe and ease into a gradual series of gentle, but deep stretching movements. The experience is relaxing and pain-free. In fact, many clients “zone-out” while being stretched and wake up with what feels like an entirely new body!

FASCIAL MOVEMENT AND STRETCH THERAPY – FEEL THE DIFFERENCE

“Your fascia reacts to all stress – physical, mental and emotional – by tightening & stiffening. Since fascia covers everything from all of your organs to the circulatory system to the brain & nervous system to the musculoskeletal system and more, your whole body is at risk to react to stress by tightening & stiffening.

When your fascia is left unattended to, aging of the body, mind & spirit accelerates, function decreases & quality of life deteriorates
